Prof. Terry Griffin

Board of advisors

Dr. Terry Griffin is Associate Professor and Cropping Systems Economist at Kansas State University specializing in farm management and digital agricultural technology. He holds a BS in Agronomy and an MS in Agricultural Economics from University of Arkansas and a PhD in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University. For his achievements in advancing digital agriculture, Griffin has received the 2014 Pierre C. Robert International Precision Agriculture Young Scientist Award, the 2012 Conservation Systems Precision Ag Researcher of the Year, and the 2010 PrecisionAg Award of Excellence for Researchers. He is past-Treasurer of the International Society of Precision Agriculture. In addition to presenting his applied research throughout North America, Terry has delivered invited presentations across Africa, Australia, and Europe. Griffin has authored one patent on automated spatial data analysis for agriculture, and has built quantitative decision-making tools using farm data for private sector clientele.

Amber brings diverse Industry and Corporate Leadership experience from start-ups and Joint Ventures to helping organisations reposition for reinvention and growth. She has Industry experience across Retail, Energy, Insurance, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Agribusiness and Logistics. Amber has led Businesses with global Trademarks and worked with Customers in Europe, USA, UK and Asia, including Joint Venture development in China. Amber has a BA with a Double Major in Psychology and Sociology and 
has studied Human Centred Design for Innovation at Stanford University and Leading Organisational Change at MIT.

Yehuda Orelowitz

Board of advisors

Yehuda has extensive experience working with startups and large corporations developing strategic plans for effective commercialisation of technology. He has consulted to private companies in the technology sector as both an external legal advisor as well as in-house counsel at Monash University, focusing on technology and R&D. Yehuda is regularly involved in working with companies on M&A transactions and capital raisings. Having trained in top-tier law firms, Yehuda now uses his experience to help companies understand and protect their assets, develop cohesive long-term commercial goals and strategies and negotiate critical deals.
